Brighton’s Santa Bus Returns: Christmas Magic Comes to Queen’s Park

Sunlit conservatory at The Coach House holiday home in Brighton, with private parking.

One of Brighton’s loveliest Christmas traditions is back. The illuminated Santa Bus will tour Brighton and Hove neighbourhoods from 24 November to 23 December 2026, spreading festive cheer and helping raise funds for local charities.

A date for the Christmas diary

On Wednesday 23 December, Santa’s route is Queen’s Park, Freshfield and Whitehawk. That makes it a particularly charming seasonal outing for guests staying at The Coach House in Queen’s Park, part of The Grove Collection.

Most routes begin around 5–5.30pm, with exact timing depending on traffic. You can see the streets Santa will visit and follow his progress on the official route maps and live tracker. Check for any day-of cancellations before travelling.

Make a Brighton Christmas break of it

Brighton feels particularly special in the run-up to Christmas: sparkling streets, independent shops and a seaside atmosphere. The Santa Bus adds a community-spirited highlight close to our Queen’s Park holiday home, which offers private parking for guests.
